Across the front of the house upstairs, is one of the best roooms in the house – the sunroom.
There is a large 55cm TV, also loaded with some of the latest and greatest movies, for your viewing pleasure, free of charge. The sofa runs all along the wall facing out to the seas view and has a full size chaise lounge attached to one end. The perfect place to while away a lazy afternoon or two.

The sunroom is is surrounded by panoramic tinted windows on 2 sides which showcase the breathtaking views of the tall gum trees and old fig trees across the road, as well as the jewel-like sea of Moreton Bay. It is the perfect spot for watching the sailing through the telescope on a Wednesday or Saturday afternoon, or to watch the mesmerising sunrise in the morning. (you have never seen the sun this colour before, I’m sure)

It then flows out onto the front balcony where you can sit back and relax in the balcony chairs while you take in the view, and goings-on of The Bay.
